ShipGear is licensed monthly based on package volume. All ShipGear monthly plans are non-refundable. There are no long-term contracts and plans may be downgraded or cancelled at any time. A plan downgrade or cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you’re unsure if ShipGear is right for you, please download the FREE 30-day Trial Version.

StarShip Shipping Software

StarShip software, add-on modules, Dealer Applications, support, and software maintenance plans are non-refundable.

Returns will only be accepted in original packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds do not include freight charges.

Return for Repair

Please follow the guidelines below in the event that the scale and/or printer you purchased from V-Technologies is no longer working properly:

  1. Call the manufacturer’s Technical Support Department to see if the problem can be fixed over the phone.
  2. If you need to return the unit for repair, please call V-Technologies to obtain an RMA# and address.
  3. There is no loaner program. You can either wait for your unit to be repaired and returned to you, or purchase a replacement unit.
