Can I ship with both UPS and FedEx?

Monthly pricing includes shipping with a single carrier.
Note: For multi-carrier functionality, you will need to be on the Mezzo plan or higher.

What if my shipping volume changes?

You will be automatically upgraded and charged the difference in plan price if your volume exceeds the threshold for your tier in a given billing cycle.

What value adds are included in the 3 highest tiers?

  2. Branded Email – send shipment notifications in real time with custom content

Can I downgrade or cancel?

Yes, a plan downgrade or cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Please contact us!

All plans include access to all available interfaces. For example, you can access Amazon and eBay orders along with orders in your accounting or ERP system.
